Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through tectonketones.com. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon) are governed by the policies of those platforms, as outlined below.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Tecton Ketones ships domestically within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 (before tax)

  • Orders under $50 will have shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except as required by law.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We utilize multiple domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and service level.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you need to update or correct a shipping address, please contact us at info@tectonketones.com or 307-317-1010 as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.


Tracking Issues

Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after shipment. In some cases, carrier scans may be delayed.

If your tracking information has not updated after 3 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check all possible delivery locations (mailbox, porch, building office, neighbors)

  • Allow up to 24 business hours for final delivery, as carriers may mark packages as delivered prior to actual receipt

If the package is still missing after this time, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in determining next steps.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

Tecton Ketones is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the carrier; however, we will work with you to file carrier claims or provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Any replacement or refund issued in these cases is at our discretion and subject to review.

Any such resolution does not modify or expand eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from tectonketones.com pass to the customer upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 


 

Orders Placed on Amazon

Orders purchased through Amazon.com are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon or Amazon-authorized carriers and are subject to Amazon’s shipping, delivery, and return policies.

For Amazon orders:

  • Shipping timelines, delivery issues, and tracking are managed by Amazon

  • Returns and refunds must be initiated through your Amazon account

  • Tecton Ketones does not control carrier selection, delivery timing, or return eligibility for Amazon purchases
