We want you to feel confident trying Tecton Ketones! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• The purchase must be a first-time order of that product

• The product must have been purchased directly from our website

Return Shipping

• Opened or consumed products are not eligible for physical return.

• Unopened 8-pack products, if approved, may be returned.

If a return is approved for an unopened product:

• A return shipping label will be provided 

• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refund requests are reviewed and processed manually once submitted and approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to investigate or deny refund requests that appear excessive, unfounded, or fraudulent.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Orders submitted outside the 30-day window

• Products marked as final sale

• Promotional or discounted purchases

• Bulk, subscription, or wholesale orders

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, a refund may be issued and a new order can be placed separately.

How to Request a Return
